First, let me say that I love coaching and helping other coaches do a better job. If I could do one thing, that would probably be it.
I enjoy coaching and teaching now and working with kids.
I like working on my Internet business and learning about marketing and business.
But I love working with coaches so they can be better.
I used to love coaching. Probably like you do now. I did it for 20 years and loved every day. I would wake up thinking about how to make my kids faster and better. I would go to bed every night going over practices and ideas.
Do you read everything there is to improve your team? I bet I’ve read more. I read sports, psychology, physiology, business, motivation, parenting…you name it.
I’ve got a library full of books (I’d like to get rid of them but can’t. Still too emotionally attached).
How, I like working with the kids. But I love working with coaches. I get the same joy and fulfillment talking with coaches, sharing ideas and learning new things that I used to do with kids.
