- Teach yourself to somersault
- Do a half somersault on the wall
- Bring both hands together
- Push off on your back
- Rotate slightly to your side
- Dolphin or flutter kick.
- Take a breakout stroke.
Being able to do a flip turn is a sign of a good swimmer.
